Michaela A. Ternasky-Holland Joins the Mirada Roster

We’re proud to welcome Michaela A. Ternasky-Holland, an Emmy-winning, Peabody-nominated director to the Mirada roster.

With roots in journalism and a career spanning animation, immersive worlds, and experiential storytelling, Michaela brings a rare blend of creative vision, technical fluency, and narrative rigor that lives at the intersection of craft and innovation. She was among the first directors handpicked to create a short film for the Tribeca Film Festival using OpenAI’s SORA, and her first original animated series surpassed 2.2 million views on YouTube within its first month. Her projects span animation, VR, XR, experiential and immersive media, always anchored by emotional resonance.

Her work has been curated by leading institutions and festivals worldwide, including Tribeca, SXSW, the Venice International Film Festival, the United Nations, and the Museum of the Moving Image. Recognized as one of the 100 Original Voices of XR and named to Blooloop’s 50 Immersive Influencers, Michaela is also a sought out global speaker at forums such as the United Nations AI for Good Global Summit and Sundance.
